"In the process of buying a house, another insurance company sold us an incorrect type of insurance. Our lender informed us of this 24 hours before close. I called Parker Smith State Farm, and Mr. Ian went absolutely above and beyond--he got us the right kind of insurance, bundled our cars--all within a period of 48 hours. Ian saved the house buying process at the 11th hour. The whole time, he was prompt, competent, and downright kind."
