"Melissa is always so nice and helpful with any issues or questions. I just recently bought a new vehicle and traded my old vehicle. Before I bought my new car I tried using the price quote on the app which was going through an IT update on their end so I had to call Melissa. She was able to give me a price quote on the two vehicles that I was having a hard decision on. After getting my price quotes on both vehicles I did more haggling with the dealership. Once I made my decision Melissa and her team were able to help me over the phone set up my insurance with the new vehicle while at the dealership. They emailed the dealership directly everything that was needed. Melissa made it very simple and easy to change vehicle insurance and make sure my policy stayed the same with our discounts! I have not had to use the app yet, other than paying my bill. I have been with State Farm for over a year after switching car insurance. My old car insurance (N*****W***) which had me paying more, also required everything to be paid out of pocket (which we learned after an accident we were in) and then they would reimburse you later. If you are paying for car insurance you should not have to pay out of pocket after an accident for car rental and vehicle repairs then wait to be reimbursed for everything. Your insurance should be able to help you file the claim against the other driver that hit you. If your insurance company tells you that you must file the claim from your car accident to the other insurance company, after your settlement is over RUN!! Change your insurance! Best thing we ever did! You should not have to pay out of pocket for roadside assistance if it's included in your policy. Always ask questions!! Not sure when they changed our policy or what happened they could never give us an answer, but we will never use them again! The questions we learned to ask when we switched our insurance and advised others to always ask when switching. 1. Who will file the claim for accidents. 2. Will anything be required out of pocket after an accident happens for rental car, repairs, extra. 3. Is roadside assistance included. Do you pay anything additional if roadside assistance is needed for tire, gas, tow, extra. 4. Any additional auto discounts. (Multi car, multi policy bundle, preferred payment, paperless billing, claims/violation free, military, good student, safe driver) 5. What is not covered under my policy. (GAP, 24 hr roadside, rental car) 6. Am I protected if I seriously injure someone in an accident. 7. Am I sufficiently covered. 8. My deductible cost. 9. Policy renews on what date. 10. Telematice device. (State Farm uses them and let me tell you it has saved me $80 each month! Plus you get to see your driving scores. ) 11. Covered if car is stolen. 12. What happens if car is totaled. New or used car always ask questions!! Thank you State Farm for saving us! I'm glad we made the switch!"
